Bookkeeper
We are in need of a bookkeeper to work 10 flexible hours/week. Individual must have previous accounting experience. Familiarity with Client Bookkeeping Solution is a plus but not required. Valuation Specialist
Highly organized individual with excellent computer skills needed. Candidate must be able to work 20-40 hrs/week including evenings until 7 p.m. and Saturdays. Exceptional problem solving & critical thinking skills are needed to prioritize work & coordinate several projects at once. Previous real estate experience is a plus. Field Service Investigator
The position of Field Service Investigator is a contract position. It shall include, but not be limited to:
- Delivery and Pick-up of signs, lockboxes, and other necessary items
- Interior and Exterior Photography as needed for completion of BPOs and real estate listings
- Room measurements when needed for completion of real estate listings
- REO occupancy checks
