Bookkeeper/Contract Closing Assistant
We are in need of a bookkeeper/contract closing assistant to work 40 hours/week. Individual must have previous accounting/bookkeeping experience. Familiarity with real estate is a plus but not required. Compensation varies based on experience $10-12/hr.
Showing Agent Needed
Due to a great problem of too many leads, we are in need of a couple of showing agents to show homes in the Warren county/Butler county areas specifically Mason, West Chester, Liberty Twp, and Lebanon as well as the Montgomery/Greene/Warren County areas specifically Springboro, Beavercreek, Dayton areas. The ideal candidate would carry a smart phone, be tech savvy, and have a real estate license. Compensation would include a 1099 base draw plus bonus.
Valuation Specialist
Highly organized individual with excellent computer skills needed. Candidate must be able to work 20-40 hrs/week including evenings until 7 p.m. and Saturdays. Exceptional problem solving & critical thinking skills are needed to prioritize work & coordinate several projects at once. Previous real estate experience is a plus.
Field Service Investigator
The position of Field Service Investigator is a contract position. It shall include, but not be limited to:
- Delivery and Pick-up of signs, lockboxes, and other necessary items
- Interior and Exterior Photography as needed for completion of BPOs and real estate listings
- Room measurements when needed for completion of real estate listings
- REO occupancy checks
